HIT ME

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

The short version. HIT ME does not ask you to create an account, does not collect personal information, does not show advertising and does not track you. Your practice history stays on your phone, and in your own iCloud if you choose to back it up.

Who we are

HIT ME is a card counting practice app for iPhone, published by Quiet Edge Labs LLC ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy, write to support@quietedgelab.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no sign-up, no login and no profile. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and it does not send your activity to us or to anyone else.

Information stored on your device

To work, the app saves the following on your phone only:

The streak widget reads the days you practised from the app so that it can show them on your home screen. That information does not leave your phone.

iCloud backup

If you tap "Back up to iCloud" in Settings, a copy of your practice history is saved to your own iCloud account so you can restore it on another phone. The backup is held by Apple under your Apple Account. We cannot see it, read it or delete it. You can remove it at any time in your phone's iCloud storage settings.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, your card details or your billing address. The app only learns from Apple whether a subscription is active on your Apple Account, so it can unlock the paid features. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the app schedules a daily reminder on your phone at the times you choose. These reminders are created on the device itself. We do not run a notification server and we do not receive anything when a reminder is shown. You can turn reminders off in the app's Settings or in your phone's Settings.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your information, because we do not have it.

Deleting your information

You are in control of everything the app stores:

Children

HIT ME is a blackjack practice app intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

Privacy laws in some places, including California and the European Union, give people the right to see, correct or delete the personal information a company holds about them. We hold none. If you believe we hold information about you, write to support@quietedgelab.com and we will look into it.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also mention it in the app's release notes.
